M.Sc in 1964 from the University of Dhaka in Chemistry First he joined at Madaripur College as a lecturer in 1964. He then joined at Mirzapur Cadet College as a Lecturer in Chemistry in 1966 and then shifted to Faujdarhat Cadet College in 1974. Taught Chemistry at Githumu High School, Nairobi, Kenya for 5 years which was under the Ministry of Education, Government t of Kenya. After coming back to Bangladesh he was involved in teaching at different schools including Vikarun Nessa, Siddiqui International, Mastermind, Maple Leaf etc. He has been teaching Chemistry in ESS since 2001.
Mr. Md. Morshedul Islam

Md. Morshedul Islam has completed Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology(IIT)-Kharagpur, India in 1996. He has started professional career as a ‘Junior Design Engineer’ in Development Design consultants in 1996 and joined teaching profession as Mathematics Teacher for O and A level at Mastermind School in January 1999. He has established ESS as one of the fouding members in January 2001.
He has earned an MBA degree from Bangladesh University of Professionals in 2010. He was an active participant in school debate, cultural activities and games & sports during his student life. He has also served Bangladesh Railway under the cadre service Ministry of Communication as an Assistant Controller of stores for one and half year.
Mr. Ranadev Das Gupta

Ranadev Dasgupta, born on 24th March, 1969, a bachelor of Physics and Electrical & Electronic Engineering, joined Scholastica school in 1994. He has completed his Msc in Renewable Energy Systems Engineering from University of Surrey, Guilford, England. He soon became an essential member of the then much coveted mathematics team of the school and went on to work successfully till 1996. He joined Mastermind school as one of its pioneer teacher in 1997. In 2001 he joined ESS as one of the founder Directors.
He has been working as a Senior Mathematics Coordinator in Prime Tuition, a renowned Institute for learning mathematics in London for last two years.
He is actively involved in Extra-Curricular Activities. He was the Treasurer Of Bangladesh Chess Federation from 2010-2012 and is one of the Executive members in the Asian Chess Federation.
