To promote tree plantation and to inspire the students of the campus in planting trees and show greater concern towards cutting trees on a large scale a Tree Plantation Program has been arranged by ESS on the occasion of the 44th martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Bangladesh Awami League conducted nationwide tree plantation program under the supervision of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
A cultural program  that included a play, enacted by the students showing the importance of Tree Plantation, and singing performances was held at European Standard School (ESS) Dhanmondi Campus-3 on August 4  2019. This was followed by speeches of the chief guests Md. Delwar Hossain -Forest and Environment Secretary, Awami League and Zahidul Islam Biplob- Forest and Environment Sub-Committee Executive Member,Awami League, Principal of ESS Mr. Morshedul Islam and Vice Principal- Ms. Naima Sultana also shared their valuable thoughts with the students regarding the importance of planting trees for a better environment. The directors Mr. Ranadev Dasgupta and Dr. Nasrin Jahan were also present in the program.The chief guests and the school authority distributed free saplings of about five hundred trees among the students at the end of the program.
